Forget raindrops on roses or whiskers on kittens, a few of our favourite things at Earthy are the deli goodies.
Plump, shiny green or black olives, stuffed, plain or marinated in herbs and spices; smoked fish and charcuterie.
Try the Findlater's Fine Foods Duck Liver Pate with apricots poached in Cointreau or the mushroom pate with madeira wine & truffle oil spread on toasted Earthy sourdough.
Scottish charcuterie - check out the venison pepperoni or chilli venison chorizo; Creelers wild Scottish hot & cold smoked salmon – pink, salty and melt-on-your-tongue.
Organic guacamole, seasonal coleslaw made with free range eggs, or our very special 100% Organic Cooking Chorizo from Brindisa Spanish Foods, we could go on, but here’s a better idea: come in, pick up some and try it for yourself.
Quite rightly, a lot of our shelf space is given over to oils. From rich, green, grassy, fruity or peppery extra virgin single-varietal Palestinian, Spanish, Greek and Italian (Tuscan & Sicilian) olive oils, and vibrant yellow Scottish rapeseed oil, to speciality nut oils, we love them all.
We don’t think condiments get nearly enough attention. They’re the often-forgotten, often-overlooked poor relations sitting shyly in the wings. Not at Earthy. Here we give them pride of place in-store, because we know that inside those unassuming bottles and jars are amazing flavours just waiting to dance all over your palate.
